At Estha, we take great care in packing and delivering your products. Since we deal with imitation jewellery and delicate accessories, we follow a strict Refund & Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size/fit issues
  • Colour differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Minor variations in design or finish
  • Allergic reactions (as items are fashion jewellery)

2. Returns Only Accepted for Wrong or Damaged Products

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged on arrival

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any return or damage claim, you must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video without cuts or pauses
  • The video must clearly show the package, opening, and the issue

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process refund/return requests.

4. Damage/Issue Verification

  • We will review the footage
  • Once you share the unboxing video:

If approved, we will offer:
✔ Replacement (if stock available)
✔ Refund (if replacement not possible)

damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered
with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Product verification
  • Approval by our support team

Refund method:

Processing time: 3–7 working days

Original payment method (UPI/bank transfer)

the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Parcel returned due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts
  • Products damaged due to customer use
  • Customer mishandling
  • Tarnish due to perfume, sweat, water, chemicals
  • Orders where wrong address was provided

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped.
  • If cancellation is requested before packing, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis.

8. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Design change requests

Only wrong or damaged products qualify (with proof).
