1. What products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of imitation jewellery and fashion accessories including bangles, bracelets, chains, earrings, studs, pendants, and more.

2. Are your products made of real gold or silver?

No. Our products are high-quality imitation jewellery, made from stainless steel, alloy, and other durable materials. They are designed to last with proper care.

3. Will the jewellery tarnish?

With proper care, the shine lasts long. Avoid water, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals to keep the product looking new.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received
    In both cases, an unboxing video is mandatory.

5. Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for any damage or wrong-product claim. Without video proof, returns/refunds cannot be processed.

6. How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier service.

7. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. Charges vary based on location and weight.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp/SMS/Email. You can track it on the courier’s website.

10. What if I receive a damaged product?

Share a continuous unboxing video with us within 24 hours.
If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped.
If you request cancellation before packing, we may consider it if possible.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
